C-SPAN video library caught this great exchange yesterday between Senate Budget Chairman Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) and committee member Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa).

....when Grassley says, "Your wife said the same thing" was he making a joke? Was he actually
suggesting that Conrad's wife thinks that Grassley is "good"--as in sexual good?

Or is my mind just in the gutter?

Conrad seemed to try and cover it up...

That's exactly the way I took it as well.

Grassley's been on a roll recently with the "sucking at the government tits" comment and suggesting that the AIG executives commit seppuku.

Perhaps Iowa has been growing more than corn...
