We're pretty schizophrenic here, part of us want to do the right thing, but, that part is held back by the knuckledraggers amongst us.

5. Washington seems to be on hold, as is Vermont. New Mexico was killed...

by Reubs using committee strategy, with the help of Dems. Dems are helping to hold back these efforts in every state, from what I can tell (I'm generalizing).
