3. I guess Au Revoir is appropos,
as it means To the Next Time. FDIC doesn't 'close' banks permanently, but protects the assets until they are taken over by others.

6. 'a bientot' - is used for a 'till the next time, or see you later...
au revoir, is more like our simple 'good-bye', ambiguous as to a return.
'a dieu' is 'i will never see you again'

this concludes French grammar for the day lol

8. The FDIC will get another bank to buy them out.
And unfortunately, if they do it like most companies, management will get the ax. Who knows, maybe they're far enough down the line?
