These are local banks. Dayum, they're dumping a whole lot of shit today. These are not credit unions like in this thread:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x5298511

These are FDIC insured banks, but the FDIC has not put the disclaimer about seizure up on their websites.

Here is Colorado National Bank's website:

Here is Teambank's website:
http://www.teambank-na.com/

They look the same, so I'm guessing they must be affiliated somehow.

4. I live in Colorado too, they don't advertise much...
but I'm pretty sure I've seen their buildings when I'm out walking.

5. I had a stress test once
It was just hell. They make you go faster and faster until you think you're going to die, then you go faster and longer until you wish you were dead. And then they ruin it by telling you you're not going to die. If you're in better shape than these banks, anyway.

6. They aren't "local" banks.
At least, not any more.

One is in Kansas, and the other in Colorado. According to their websites, they are both owned by Team Financial, Inc.®, a financial services company headquartered in Paola, Kansas. Their parent company, Team Financial, Inc.®, is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market Small-cap System under the symbol "TFIN". they were formed in 1986 when their founders, along with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) purchased a one-bank holding company in Paola, Kansas, in a leveraged transaction.

Their 5-year chart is pretty telling:
