2. U.S. should take position as 'owner' of AIG:
we don't WANT to retain the employees who got AIG into this mess, so don't give them bonuses.

3. Thanks. And yes, good point.
Most smart buyout firms purge top management after taking control of a new company. The US Gov should be no different IMO.

4. Thanks, those clips just do not run for me and if that is what new
owners do this looks like the right co. to do it to. You know I always thoughts a contract was a deal between two parties, that was lawfull, that one party would do some thing and the other party would do some thing. A deal. Under law. It seems to me that these co. are making deals that are not legal so the contract can be broke. How can we say that AGI has lived up to a legal contract?
