Disappointed by Today's Appeals Court Ruling

The three judge panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has just ruled. While they threw out two counts of my politically-motivated prosecution and conviction, they upheld several others and have sent the case back to the district court for re-sentencing.

I am disappointed, but not discouraged. The fight will continue.

that one important difference between Republicans and Democrats is the kinds of judges they appoint. We can never unappoint the Republicans that Bush appointed to our courts. They will deny justice for years and years to come. Thank you, Nader voters.

Honestly, the ones that still follow Nader and his nonsense left the realm of logic so long ago that this will not get through to them.
