Is he going to allow her to show up and take the Fifth with hopes that Americans might see the Dems as the bad guys in this drunken "fishing expedition"?

Or is she being allowed to sit before a Congressional body simply because she's a lower-level Puke than, say, Miers and Rove? Where do they draw that line?
