What about George WILL who somehow had his hands on the CARTER debate strategy notebooks, but didn't turn them in the way the GORE campaign did. "attack dogs" to help them get elected because they could never run on the issues that Americans were concerned about ..so they attack,attack..As much as we hate Karl Rove,the Republicans certainly have other Atwater's and Rove's waiting in the wings to step in and continue the Republican style of politics.
