Thoughts on Gleen Beck and his comments about Obama being Evil

Okay, I was going to do a post about Glenn Beck and how he doesn't call Barack Obama, "President Obama" but just calls him by his name.

Today though, he has so far repeated twice, that what Obama has done with taxes borders on being "EVIL"

He wasnt joking, he was being serious, is this something that should just be brushed off, as typical Faux news talk or should his comments be taken seriously by the administration and broadcast watchdogs.

I think its more serious, it was the way he used it in context, and his body language when he repeated it.

the rightwing nutters are coming to a close in their careers. They know they are quite outnumbered, so it's just a matter of time, before they are fired. Plus, if the media winds up having to cut back, then pigs like Beck will axe them first, and certainly they won't be re-hired, or maybe I'm just dreaming!

Raising taxes isn't evil, it's a necessity sometimes. In other words, Glenn Beck is saying that every government in history that has had to raise any sort of taxes is evil (sorry glenn, but Ronnie raised payroll taxes to such a ridiculous level that $70 of my $300 pay check goes to FICA).

5. Beck is attempting to sway public opinion

He did it with his anti-Muslim bias and he's trying it again. Trouble is this time people don't have to do research (like they did to find out Obama wasn't a Muslim and wasn't sworn in on the Qur'an)--they can see for themselves how Obama's plan is helping them (or they soon will be--the cuts in federal taxes have to be on the payroll by April 1.

The only thing that separates Beck from the bona fide 2nd stringers (Boortz, Ingraham, Savage) is that he's on TV.
