He can't run because if he did win, he would HAVE to make decisions and take full responsibility for them, success or fail. He knows he's got a sweet deal of just being a loud mouth and getting paid for it and no matter what, he will always be "right". He can simply point out any perceived "flaws" on the Democratic side and point out "flaws" on the Republican side AFTER they have failed. I honestly think he's some what happy Democrats won.
