Need help. I've been researching but can't find the answer.

The Supreme Court is taking on the issue of whether or not inmates should have the right to post-trial DNA if they request it. In some states, only the prosecution has the right to DNA evidence. Does anybody know which states don't allow post-trial DNA? I know that Alaska is one of them, but CNN says that there are six of these states. Any help appreciated.

The six states that do not have post-trial info in their state laws are: Alaska, Alabama, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma and South Dakota. Massachusetts threw me for a loop. Thanks for the info on the website.
