Apparently "that was then" (the non-binding resolution): now, to oppose funding would be to "sound the trumpet of defeat from every minaret in the Middle East"

If only our Senators spent ten minutes reading this Robert Parry piece, they would realize how truly STUPID they appear struggling to justify "Winning the War"

Even as an independent, I've found very little to respect in John Warner. Posturing is his forte.
