10. I'm Protestant (Anglican), and I have them on my forehead.
I didn't go to "Mass." I went to observe the "Penetential Office."

It's all Ash Wednesday, isn't it?

12. I've got something black on my forehead too
It's Ash Wednesday. Even though I don't believe in God, the homilies are usually good. Today it was be nice to others. Give to the desperate and helpless rather than buying huge material things.

13. lol, I did that to a coworker once. I'm not religious and come from
a family that is not religious. I told her she had dirt on her forehead , I was very embarrassed for the rest of the day after she told me what it was. I don't know how I got that far in life without ever noticing that Ash Wednesday/Forehead thing.

15. Try to imagine how many times that has happened.
It can't be a rare event to be told, "Hey you got some dirt on your forehead!"
