I was on hold 4 hours with Microsoft, whose moronic tech "help" guy managed to delete 6 weeks of my email! Grrrrrr......

EDIT: "Typical" here includes: huffpo, youtube, whitehouse.gov, and hulu. (I like hulu because eliza dushku might come suck my brains out.)
