Not only that, but how does any responsible reporter ignore the importance of EMPHASIS and DELIVERY?

Guess they much have missed the importance of that bit in communications classes....

7. Newspapers need these reports as soon as possible. Many are released on embargo.

5. they embargo the transcripts until the second Obama starts talkng
but the journalists have them for hours beforehand. They have time to write the reviews, but thewre's a lot of pressure to publish ASAP

especially at the AP!
