Frank on Countdown right now discussing Louisiana Gov. Jindal's claim that he will reject stimulus bill state unemployment funding: "What's wrong with a successful elected official whose begrudging working families, who through no fault of their own, have lost their jobs that money."

Additionally, the corporate media is painting these "principled objector" Repubs as noble stalwarts personally saving the country from Obama's runaway spending.

If you're getting $4 billion and turning away $100 million, I don't see how you can be praised for fiscal responsibility, since you're turning away just 1/40 of the windfall you're getting. Especially when that $100M would have gone to the economically disadvantaged.

Good luck in 2012, Gov. Jindal. Wait until you see how the GOP faithful treat a candidate with less-than-lily-white skin.

7. Was Frank "spot on" when in 2003, he claimed that "Fannie and Freddie are not facing

any kind of financial crisis, and the more people exaggerate these problems, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing?" Well Barney, take a look at the Dow Jones, take a look at the weekly jobless claims, take a look at the unemployment rate, and tell us again that the mortgage problems were being exaggerated, and that Freddie and Fannie were fine. That fat bag of crap is one of the reasons America is in this mess and he needs to shut his giant pie hole.
