I'm an Alabama resident: Can we recall Sen Shelby ??
I don't remember anyone being recalled at the state or federal level in the state of AL. Does anyone know if there is a mechanism for recalling a sitting senator in AL? Does anyone know where you might find out about the process or possibility.

1. Federal officeholders are not subject to recall.
States cannot regulate their terms.

Death, resignation, or expulsion are the only way to remove a sitting senator.
