4. Other-no savings, no immediate prospect of decent salary employment
Scraping by on skin of teeth, no money to save or stockpile, at total mercy of the economy, severely close to taking up as permanent protestor as full-time occupation :evilfrown:

Learning and adapting to ceasing to being a consumer and growing to become a grower, giving and adding to Mother Nature instead of just taking and consuming.

I'll fix what I have if it breaks and if I can't do that I will live without it forever or rather in the time I might have left. Stuff is just that , Stuff.

12. Only pay cash.
It's amazing how many things you discover you don't "need" when you pay cash or are unwilling to save for it.

15. Yep. We've only paid cash for the last 5 years or so
With the exception of our house, and we bought a house much less than what the bank approved us for. And put down more than required on a fixed rate 30 year. It's our only debt.

Paying only cash can be rough at times for big ticket items, but it makes us very particular on what we will buy.

14. Trying to figure out the easiest way to get a seat in Congress....
So I can set myself up for a Golden Parachute too, and never have to worry about money again.

Oh that's right, you have to be a millionaire to get into Congress.
