Kabuki Puppet Theater - MSNBC <---> CNBC version
Edited on Fri Feb-20-09 04:44 PM by Stinky The Clown
Santelli said what he said. Most of us are now aware of it. (For those who aren't, search DU .... lots of threads.)

In today's Daily WH Presser, Gibbs did a good job of calling him out. Shortly after that, The Airheaded Contessa and Carlos Watson interview Santelli. Contessa and he get into a cat fight such that Watson had to narrate them to a break.

Next up, Tamron Hall has Santelli on. They 'chat'. He says something decidedly snarky, but he also uses the same stupid "I want tea, not decaf" quip. (If a 'quip' is rehearsed, is it still a quip?)

It looks like friction. Tamron challenging Santelli.

It looked like friction earlier when The Airheaded Contessa challenged him.

Wow, you might think. Fireworks.

I call Kabuki .......

Ratings grabbing. Making MSNBC look liberal. Showing how MSNBC only wants the truth.

Whatever ....... it all looks far more like Kabouki.

5. well...no, not what I 'got'
I don't put a lot of stock in what talking heads say. Your Kabuki analogy kind of says it for me, acutally: it's all just melodrama. Sorry to play grammar/spelling police on you.
