Does investigating the Bush administration count as a "shovel ready" project?
Shovels will definitely be needed. Some for the mountains of BS. Some for digging up the bodies. Ugly, messy work, but hopefully very rewarding.

I keep hoping that Obama really does want Bush et al brought to account, that he's just trying to look calm and cool and like he's not conducting a vendetta of any sort, waiting for the evidence that's being quietly gathered now to force the issue.

2. As the Economic mess gets worse by the day, I would think that if people begin...
to seriously relate that much of this was caused by the Bush Administration that they will certainly want to see some justice laid at Bush's feet.

4. Investigations of this magnitude would employ thousands of people.
It's no great surprise that litigation support dried up in DC after 2001.
