2. For the life of me, I can't figure out what this was meant to convey,

if it wasn't intended to be racist. There's just no other clear political point to it.

3. If you see the cartoons other stuff you'd see it slightly different...although no excuse is good.

He takes current fluff issues (A-rod, Octomom, etc...) and makes them about the stimulus....amazingly uncreative. This one was supposed to be about the ramaging chimp shot dead the other day.

Pretty sad. He either didn't think this one through or he thought he was so clever it would go over everyone's head.

Really not well thought out...but there really is no good excuse in this one.
