2. We've had articles saying towns in Iowa are also ready to go.
Many will be working on streets. I hope more of them do the same so Wall Street and the Repugs will get laughed at when they are surprised at the swift action to the bill.

it reminds me of the day congress passed the ERA--and the legislature in Hawaii was sitting in session, waiting, so that they could be the first to ratify. too bad we got screwed.
