Okay anybody beside me think there is something fishy about the ANS autopsy ?
Something just tells me that Perper and the Seminole police are lying. Why, I don't know.NUt this ruling of "accidental death" doesn't smell right. They are not even holding the doctor who prescribed the drugs responsible while admitting she was taking drugs that ought NOT to have been prescribed together. Doesn't the doctor have an obligation, especially with a known abuser, to check what she was taking? And why is it acceptable that she had a 105 fever and wasn't brought to the hospital? Howard's attorney is out saying "Anna didn't WANT to go because of the press" ! Since when is a high fever patient rational to make such a decision? And Perper and the police chief keep stressing that no "Illegal " drugs were in her system. Is the point being made it is okay to either overperscribe or murder someone with "legal" drugs? And why isn't negligence a factor?
And as a side note, Stern said he would abide by a Bahamas decision on the DNA so why is he appealing the DNA decision?

2. No offense, but this was done in a third world country
that's rife with corruption. I'm sure the cause of death was determined by the highest bidder.

My bad. Thought it was done in the Bahamas... However, now that you mention it, FL under Jeb's watch might not be too far away from it. No offense to Floridians!

10. I think this is important because it is yet a nother example of intrusion by
"powers that be" into an investigation. Perper and the seminole police*(Thjough part of the Indian Nation) are government employees and the fact that they are handling their jobs in a questionable manner is notable.
We should be equally concerned about the individual cases as we are about the government intereference in the Federal Attorney cases because at the heart of it they are the same corruption in the judicial syatem.

8. I have a question....WHO GIVES A SHIT?
Her death was UTTERLY PREDICTABLE. She was a coke head, addicted to pills, and on heroin AND methadone. She was near death EVERY TIME I ever saw that washed out coke head on my television.

The real question is how she lived this LONG!

Good riddance. Karma's a bitch. If you go around sleazing for money marriages and free lunches your whole life, bad things happen to you.

Putting such trash on a pedestal really shows what this society values. Her children are the real victims.

12. See above. Decent , healthy people are not the only ones entitled to protection
under the law.But then, I suppose you think there are "classes " of people and those like Anna don't deserve a real investigation cause they "got what was coming to them" After all, as you say, her death was "predicrable" and so what?

What if Stern did kill her? That okay with you? Hmm?

15. She overdosed. Protection from whom? Herself? We ain't got enough cops for that
They did an investigation. She overdosed. Read her tox screen.

Not everything is a conspiracy. Sometimes - ex-stripper coke head, methadone junkies who just had a child die - overdose. Sorry.

I have lots of sympathy for people who are addicts. I am in recovery myself. I don't have ANY sympathy for lazy strippers who got millions by manipulating an old man then sat around and ate BonBons and Methadone until she finally died. Sorry. Got other stuff goin on. And so should DU, in my humble opinion.

13. She was a drug addict who died of an accidental overdose.
She had 9 different medications in her system. She had an infection from a dirty needle.

The only thing her hanger ons are guilty of is standing by and letting her kill herself slowly for years.

Why the hell did she have trichloroethylene in her system? TCE,(cleaning fluid?) Is this from the Noctec? plus about 4 or 5 different kinds of benzodiazepines: Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, Restoril??

Bottom line, she should have FIRED her doctor & p-doc too. Notice it says in the autopsy that she had chronic hashimoto's thyroiditis. Yet I see NO evidence of any theyroid medicine in her system? (Does this show up when one has an autopsy performed?) To put someone on anti-depressants when they have a thyroid condition WITHOUT treating the thyroid with thyroxine, should be a crime in itself. If she had been normalized with thyroid, she might not have NEEDED all these other meds.

Interesting note from Noctec info site: Chloral Hydrate(Noctec)is a sedative with a long history of use. Used as a sleeping pill, but most the time only prescribed if the person can not take benzodiazepines.

Yes, something is weird about this. I bet somebody offed her.
