I called and made a contribution.

Frankly, buying a rose or two for a woman who's redefining grace and courage in our society is worth it. I'm sorry I never bought roses for Molly Ivins. She deserved them, too.

11. Knowing the Edwards's, I'm sure that they will donate the flowers.

I donated to this fund. Elizabeth Edwards and her family will appreciate this beautiful gesture, and they'll make sure that most of the flowers make it into the hands of other people who will appreciate the thought. There are a lot of hospitals in this area, for example.
