BlooInBloo's Favorite Tidbit Of The Whole Press Conference....
"I can't afford to see Congress play the usual political games. What we have to do right now is deliver for the American people." Why is this BiB's favorite? Because it shows that Obama has PERSONALIZED the fight for Americans. It's not "We can't afford...", it's "*I* can't afford...". Obama is personally invested in doing the best he can for Americans. That's my kind of President. Oh yah - and the smart thing isn't so bad either. :)

Glad to see O taking charge and leading the fight. It's like having "West Wing" for real.

That is not in the normal discussion for the masses. It brings up Bush's legacy also.

6. Yes, I liked that he kept persoalizing it. He kept saying "I". It made me feel, dare I say it?
Safe? Like someone is actually looking out for me and my family. I have a lot more confidence after this presser. He is on the case and that's all I need to know.

I like watching him press ... he knows how to bring it on, and just how much. I have a feeling we ain't seen nothing yet. This guy's got game.
