I saw a movie on the Encore Channel last night that reminded me of Limpballs.
The physique & the voice of the main character was so much like Limpballs, I decided to ask my husband who the character reminded him of; he said, "Rush Limbaugh".

The movie was "Gacy" -- the 2003 version. The actor's name was Mark Holton.

The trailer at YouTube is pretty dark, but I've selected a scene for you to get a quick look to see the resemblance. See if you agree:

A Limpball type character plays a pivotal role.
