Are we still holding people prisoner in secrete?

Is this nation, any of its Departments, Agencies, or agents, holding anyone taken 'prisoner' in the "war on terror" at any facility anywhere in the world in secrete, purposefully isolated from public knowledge, counsel, or court?

We know this was done under Bush. Has it ended?

Clearly the unknown is not known.
