at the smoke-shop that i go to they sell them- but they have signs that say clearly that they are for tobacco use ONLY.

that being said- as a bronchial dilator, the pot would most likely make him breathe easier and therefore get more oxygen to/throughout his body.

but- it doesn't really look like him in the pic to me- but what do i know? i've only seen him with his swim-guy crewcut, and not at that angle. :shrug:
