Michael Steele and Sarah Palin continue to exhibit the Republican ignorance on race/gender issues
I wrote an op a while ago on why Sarah Palin was so offensive to most women supporters of Hillary Clinton. It was assuming we are so stupid we would just as easily vote for one vagina as the other. We don't understand policy and are incapable of rational thought.

Much the same way that I think they picked Steele. He may or may not be more qualified than Palin but the assumption that African Americans will somehow not understand the difference between him and Obama or other Democrats is offensive.

I don't understand how these republicans are so condescending and tone deaf but I think this decision like the palin decision is going to bite them in their bigoted asses.

6. Palin and Steele
are just a way for already die in the wool Repukes to fool themselves into believing that they are a diverse and progressive party.

No one of color was fooled when Bush appointed Condi and Powell and no one is fooled by Palin and Steele. Repukes are just fooling themselves.
