Of all the sorry, sad, stupid, stories MSM has covered. A DRIVE through some of the flattest, most boring farm land in America? They don't call them the grate plains for nothing.

Hey, MSM, are you analyzing transcripts of Blago? Are you describing the possible indictments? Are you researching whether his father in law was right in claiming that Blago was selling state offices for 40K donations? Or his behavior last year during the special session he called to get a budget passed? How his games cost Illinois billions in matching federal funds? Or his penchant for . . .

3. It'll All Be Over Soon...

The Blago Circus comes to an end later this afternoon when he's convicted and Pat Quinn becomes Governor. The next time we'll hear about this dude will be when Fitz gets the indictments and his trial gets underway.

I'm expecting the "Full Queeg" this afternoon...Blago doing his swan song of delusion. He was either misunderstood or was kidding or did it for all the "right reasons"...the drama befitting the cables.

While his arrest was what got this impeachment ball rolling, it wasn't selling the Senate seat that brought this thing to a head...it was his abuse of power as you mention above. The voters and legislators of Illinois know this...why his impeachment was so overwhelming and why his conviction is all but assured. Enough is enough.
