What if we created a new category of business charter - All American Company
We created "S" Corporations a while back, so why not?

Give them special heavy tax breaks... for hiring all Americans in the U.S. or for products using all American materials and parts. Any that aren't made here, soon would be.

We need to "incentivize" the behavior we want.

Oh and... the majority of small businesses already ARE all American, so they would get a big advantage.

1. for hiring Americans AND allowing union representation.
NO special treatment for companies that do NOT allow for employees to have equal representation across the board.

3. Yup!
I think businesses that do the right thing should get rewarded for it. It would be voluntary, so businesses could make the decision about what's in their best interest. It wouldn't be hard to figure out.

Then the tax burden would be on the global corporations, and we could crack down on their foreign tax dodges in a big way. If they wanted to leave, I think AAC's would quickly take their place and outshine them.

Ultimately, we'd end up with low taxes on businesses, but we'd get what WE want out of it.

4. The globalists already have that covered.
Seriously though, I have no sympathy for people think there should no advantages or protections for citizens.

5. That really is a noble concept but how do you deal with the fact that eventually
somewhere "up the chain" of supplies and raw materials, somebody will have to buy them from somewhere else? America is far from self-sufficient especially with respect to raw materials (heck we can't even produce enough oil to satisfy our needs.)

6. straw man argument
We're talking about AMERICAN *JOBS*.

As long as JOBS are created HERE and STAY here, there isn't a problem with buying supplies from somewhere else.

This is the same sort of bloviation pukes use to try to change the subject.

Nice try. Weak, however.

8. Simple
Make a rule stating that if parts and supplies CAN be purchased here, they must be. Materials not reasonably available here may be imported. Sure, people can try to game the system but they do that now anyway and it would be a step in the right direction. I like the idea, provisionally. Needs more thought.
