Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., and Bob Casey, D-Pa., will announce action they are taking after the mother of a U.S. soldier electrocuted in Iraq was informed by an Army investigator that her sons death was not "accidental as the Army originally stated, but rather was the result of "negligent homicide by KBR and two supervisors.

1. People thought Casey was a poor choice because of his pro-life stance

I'm thinking Casey is one of the best democrats we have in DC. Sure his chance on choice is a bit harsh; although he was quoted as saying "I think we have enough laws on the books" and he also supports Birth Control/EC.

But at least with Casey, when the fetus is born and becomes a child - you know that Casey will fight for that child's right to have the American Dream.

2. Great. KBR needs to be taken apart bit by bit, every govt. contract they

have ever had needs to be scrutinized and KBR needs to be banned from ANY further govt contract awards, or further applying for any under a subsidiary or renaming of the company known as KBR.
Go after their parent company, Halliburton also while they're at it.
Fkin cronyism was what put GWBush in the Whitehouse in the first place.
It needs to STOP ASAP.
