Poll question: Which Do You More Believe?
* We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (people) are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

I spelled the entirety of the second selection out as there was no room to do it on the poll question.

5. I agree. No more liberty-infringing prisons. The Declaration doesn't say,
"certain rights alienable only through violation of certain statutes." And I'm sick of all this infringing on my pursuit of happiness. Public indecency makes me happy. I intend to pursue it. Laws are made by man and enforced by man, whereas my inalienable right to the pursuit of happiness comes from my Creator.

In case it isn't clear, I think both statements are either absurd or meaningless on a literal level, but that both have important cultural meaning, and reflect important cultural values.
