There is a Russian naval buildup in the eastern Mediterranean,concurrent with Mr. Obama inauguration.Mr. Biden has said,Mr. Obama will be "tested", in the foreign policy sphere early in his administration.I think it is possible that the middle east will be the arena of this testing and that some of the major players are now getting in position.Some documentation:
