This sends a mixed signal. Is Obama saying that Constitutional protections aren't enough? This worries me.

I remain, however, not crazily in love, but I am very happy we won. On his worst day, I cannot imagine he will even come close to bush on his best. Or even Poppy or Raygun on their best (which are way better than the SSSH).
