Dick Watch: dickie to address Wyoming House and Senate
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Dick Cheney and his wife, Lynne, will pay a visit the state Capitol in Cheyenne Wednesday afternoon.

The former vice president and his wife will be recognized by the state Legislature for their service to Wyoming and the country.

Separate ceremonies will be held in both the House and Senate.

The first ceremony is schedule for shortly after 2 p.m. in the Senate chambers, followed by a brief ceremony in the House.

Cheney was in a wheelchair during President Obama's inauguration on Tuesday after straining his back while moving boxes.

Any bets on whether he will be healed by then, or still in his Dr. Strangelove chair?

1. He just had that wheel chair for cover
there was no way the evil one was going to stand while Biden and Obama were given the oath of office.

2. that Wheelchair is just a front for him yesterday not to stand
up for President Obama. I heard yesterday on MSNBC that Cheney is still planning to live where?? in the DC area? Still doing his wickedness perhaps? Doesn't this bother anyone else?
