Here is my way of harassing the right wingers-
Where it hurts the most- in the pocketbook. Let me explain. A few months ago I added my name and address to the heritage foundation website(I know it's crazy). Almost immediately I began getting begging for money requests disguised as newsletters or surveys. At first I filled out the surveys(with the most socialist slant possible) and sent them back in the post paid envelope. Then I thought, I'm doing this wrong. From then on I sealed the empty post paid envelopes and sent them back. They pay the postage and get nothing for their money. So why not spread the word? So far I've gotten mail from the NRA and from James Dobson(heritage does sell the mailing list). I do the same thing- mail back empty envelopes. I know it's not much but it is a way I can say 'Fuck You' to heritage
and their chief stooge, hannity. I want to encourage everyone to do this. We can cost them a fortune in postage and assure ourselves they get nothing for it. If you can stomach the lies, then sign up. Or you can just do what I do, pull out the post paid envelope seal it and drop it in the mail.

5. Speaking of Rufus T. Firefly- I've used that name and another-

4. Actually, that won't work.
Many years ago organizations caught on to that trick and such envelopes are simply discarded by the post office.

Sending an envelope with literature from one organization in a prepaid envelope to another organization does waste their time and money. But again, don't bother to way over stuff it in the hopes of creating an extra charge for them, because what should go inside would be very light and anything too heavy will simply be discarded by the Post Office.

Personally, I can't be bothered to do such things, as my time is more valuable than that, but if it's worthwhile to you then go for it!

6. Thanks for the tip-
I'll be sure to enclose the paper from now on. You're right it isn't much, but it makes me feel better and only takes a few seconds. Let me exclaim, 'Fuck heritage!, 'Fuck hannity!

9. And...
Fuck the environment!

Everyone, let's waste resources by sending useless mail across the globe. That'll teach 'em!

10. Please, spare me the lecture- I already use as much waste paper
and shredded paper as my compost heap can stand. I compost it, I mulch with it. I would not want to use heritage propaganda under my squash and melons. Think about how much is wasted on our behalf that we know nothing about. I do my part scooter, how about you?

14. pull out the post paid envelope seal it and drop it in the mail.
I used to do this when I WAS getting so many credit card requests......I'd remove my name then shred all the contents and mail it back in their envelope. It's a great idea. :applause:
