Joe The Scar Is Upset That Bush Was Booed........
says Obama said we should put childish ways behind us. Scar said we're in trouble here - our country is in trouble - and it was unbecoming of us to boo Bush. Scar also said he was upset with the signs in the crowd that said to jail Bush & Cheney.

Well Scar - we're in trouble because your men Bush & Cheney got us in this situation. Now after 8 years of you supporting everything that they did and knocking the Dems anytime they tried to put a stop to Bush and Cheney - you want to move on. You want us to focus on the future.

I'm sorry - but the American people have spoken. That turnout in D.C. yesterday was for Bush and people like you. It was to show you two-faced bigots that we won't tolerate your kind anymore.

Another way to illustrate that other than showing our total support for our new President - yes an elected President - is too make sure that no other person like a Bush will ever get elected in this country again - and if they do - they cannot get away with what the Bush/Cheney administration got away with the last 8 years. If that takes prosecuting or booing BushCo than so be it. Yesterday was America letting off some steam we've built up over the last 8 years. It was a battered electorate thanking their lucky stars that those that battered us are not going to be able to do that anymore. We have a restraining order in place and that restraining order is Barack Obama.

So Na, Na, Na, Na - Na, Na, Na, Na - Hey, Hey A - Good Bye!!! and good riddance to BushCo and to people like you.

You Scar are on your high horse this morning - trying to protect your guy Bush. Yet every chance you get you bad mouth Clinton. What's good for the goose Joe is good for the gander and we'll see over the next 8 years if you put your money where your mouth is this morning and put behind your childish ways. But I doubt that you'll be able to last till the end of the week Joe - you probably won't even be able to make it through today's program - before you are criticizing the present administration and going partisan again.

So why don't you just take Rush, Hannity and the rest of your right wing mouthpieces and why don't you join your pals in BushCo down in Texas and clear some brush with your buddy. Just leave us alone to get this country back to its greatness - without the likes of you. Boo Joe - Boo!!!!!!

1. First of all, these are the punks who didn't care about "public opinion"
So why should they care if they are fiercely and savagely booed?

Secondly, they deserve all of it and more. This is a democracy, and that was a referendum on their leadership.

The people have spoken. Nah nah nah nah.

The is a DEMOCRACY and he strangled it to take power. I will never forgive that little Bastard and his slimy brother for 2000.

Since the Perfumed Little Turd kept himself isolated to the dimwits who loved him (remember the "Free Speech Zones?"), he EARNED the sentiment of that crowd when he finally had to show his face in public. In fact, boos were polite. He should have gotten rotten vegetables.

2. MY HEAD IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE!
Tucker and Joe whining about how Obama is no different than them, and we shouldn't infringe on THEIR rights just to provide security for the president.

THESE ARE THE SAME FUCKERS THAT ARGUED IN FAVOR OF TRASHING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE RIGHTS IT AFFORDS US SO BUSH COULD "KEEP US SAFE."

ARRRRRRRRGH.

MUST REASSEMBLE HEAD.

8. Tucker is such a douche- he complained about not being able to walk where HE wanted to
but he epitomizes the self absorbed inner DC bubble (in full display at the BAR they are sitting in) because his own personal space was invaded while he can't even consider how the 2.5 million people got there...they walked. He also fails to understand that IF something happened how exactly does he think they would get all those people out of there AND get in vehicles/equipment to deal with such a possible calamity?

I am not even going to get into what Mika called Tucker and Joe on- how they praised Bush for "keeping us safe" but they get upset because for one day ONE DAY they might have to go another way on the street. Oh and there is the warrantless wiretaps point too.

We didn't get to see him on the tarmac (they just cut to the plane in the air)
We didn't hear the crowd noise- at least I didn't on CNN
and not one pundit remarked about how Obama told off Bush and Cheney to their faces and then walked his lame ass out to the helicopter-basically taking him out to the curb.

Bush as usual seemed oblivious to what was happening in front of him

Whose the one who demonized "libruals" into a perjorative? Whose made his name bashing "Democrats" as being tratiors or pussies? And who shouted many of us down when we questioned the ineptness and criminality of a regime he constantly defended? Huh, Joe?

I found it fitting that Poppy and the Quaker Oats Lady were also on that copter as they headed away...the end of a sad era of American politics of hatred and polarization...triangulation and Mighty Wurlitzers...bluster over nuance. Those chants weren't just for the departure of a decrepid, defeated and petulant manchild, but the politics he represented.

25. It Began Before...
I was present on August 1, 1988...the first national Rush Limbo show (I was paid to listen). That day I first heard the words "Feminazi" and soon the term "dittohead" began to appear. I also spoke with his syndicators and consultant who all but spelled out the game here...to create what was termed "hot talk" that harped on "ails of society" and heavy on the confrontation. "No one wants to hear people agree" I was told. At first the targets were small...ACLU, NOW and then expanded to all Democrats.

If you think the Congressional leadership is weak now, it was nothing compared with Jim Wright and Tom Foley...along with the scandals of Dan Rostenkowski and others...it was fodder for hate radio that became more brazen with each attack. It was like shock radio...the more outrageous the better. It all came to a head with Clinton...Rushbo and other could now focus on a singular target...and were able to use the airwaves to slime and lie...unchecked as Democrats were constantly on the defensive and the right wing media monster continued to grow.

Yep...it's interesting now how the worm has turned. 2008 isn't 1988...and the right wing now sits amid its smoldering ruins and still haven't realized how repudiated they've become. Maybe now...being totally out of power, some will start to see how out of touch they are with the majority. But I doubt it...if anything, just like petulant children, they'll attempt to obstruct and name call...and that suits me fine.

Cheers...

27. I thought they just wanted white guys to tell at their dashboard radio
Same thing basically

The Daily Show did a feature on "rebranding" the GOp last week and Monica Crowley was on the air telling Sam Bee that they just needed to repackage their image. Asked how you can sell a shit sandwich Crowley willingly said "Dip it in chocolate and tell them that it has no calories"

Seriously

they are all image, all perception, all attack (and victimization at the same time) no substance, no real history, nothing

28. I Caught Crowley's Act The Other Night...
I didn't know she was on the radio...but it figgers. She was ranting that she had "reliable information" that Reverend Wright would be "moving into" the White House on January 22. Yep...she riffed on this for at least five minutes...racial stereotypes and playing the Wright clip...whipping up the shit. I laughed...it was so desperate sounding and so full of all the things you state above.

Most definitely it was radio for those to yell back at...and look at the types it drew....the most obnoxious and ignorant. The "game plan" was to corner the male audience...25-54...with this crap and sports talk. Over the years that 25-54 changed...hate radio's audience has moved into the oldest demos now and no one has replaced them. As I say, a dying medium...and thank goodness.

Cheers...

It's actually "a pain in the neck" to be the sibling of a sitting president, she says, and tells how her daughter, Doro Koch, picketed outside Vice President Al Gore's residence "in disguise" during the 2000 recount. "That's Doro!" Mrs. Bush hoots when telling about it. "She felt better" after yelling at the Gores' house for a while, Mrs. Bush says.

I was one of the (probably) 2+ million people on the mall yesterday and all of us near the Washington Monument booed him - it felt great!
