Who will get one?

CIA agents? Libby? Gonzo? Addington? Yoo? Bradley Schlozman? The Dukster? Ted Stevens?

1. A PArdon to any of the Bush criminals is a defacto admission of criminality.

9. Not in the least
he feels he has to do something cause there is going to be much anxiety among his war criminal friends if not.

3. Of the ones you name, a pardon of old Ted
would be the lease onerous. He's an old man, out of power, and nobody died because of what he was convicted of.

5. BushCo loyalty is a one-way street.
He'll certainly try to pardon the inner circle, but career employees and the other "little people"? No way. He despises the working class.

However, if he leaves the military, spooks and contractors swinging in the breeze, it's most definitely going to come back and bite him in the ass.

6. I'm hoping he already packed his notebook on pardons
And that this little detail slips what's left of his alcohol-infused, cocaine-addled brain.

8. I would put money on Gonzo getting a free pass
Close friend, lied to Congress in the most apparent way, may have forged documents, and then of course almost non stop Hatch Act violoations.

10. Isn't it weird that ShrubCo is waiting to the very last minute?!1
Do they really think the Inauguration will eclipse everything? If he pardons the ones listed in the O.P. it will nail Shrub's coffin shut.

11. Those two mudering scumbags from the Border Patrol?
I don't know their names, but they're practically heroes among the conservative crowd for shooting a Mexican in the back. They were both convicted of murder, if I'm not mistaken. Reich-wing talk shows have been carrying their banner for awhile.

15. This is where I am praying for
Bush's incompetence to kick in. I hope he just forgets to do it. You know - there's a whole stack of them sitting there, and he turns on the tube to watch ESPN and falls asleep in his chair and doesn't wake up until Obama has been sworn in.

In fact, I think everyone you listed is getting a pass. And more.
