Keeping us safe? Keeping the economy working is part of it, no?
I hear the GOP's argument for W's legacy is that, at least, he kept us safe. Well, that spin is wrong in many ways. Keeping our finances safe is vital to our safety and denfense, imho. Not just for the rich, but the middle class and poor. A healthy economy should be made the number one defense objective in my opinion. Wouldn't it be great if we could make that clear at all times?
