About Palin's future in-law (maybe)
The mother who was arrested for playing Limbaugh.. I read recently that she asked for a public defender. How does this family make a living? Is there a Mister Johnson? Why does she need a public defender? Can anyone who requests one gets one?

2. Thanks. Thus a request for a public defender is justified
what a nice family.

4. These people are 'collateral damage' .
How about it really isn't much of your business what their financial situation is? You tell the court you can't afford a lawyer and they appoint one if you can establish economic need. This family just got caught up in the Palin mess, they are not to blame here.

5. Woa! Glad all you have is a Birk instead of Brogues
This family is in the public eye, whether they liked it or not. He could have used a condom and never be part of this.

When she was arrested it was news and since I have never been in need of a defender - public or otherwise - unless you throw that Birk in my direction - I asked.

So how about chill out?
