'Boiling anger' over Bush legacy

http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/01/13/bush.legacy.irpt/?iref=hpmostpop

We asked readers to share their views on Bush's legacy on iReport.com. What we saw was an overwhelmingly negative appraisal of their sitting president, with some exceptions.

-----------

"I guess the simplest reason for my boiling anger is I have three kids and they will spend their lives paying for Bush's policies, wars, economic disasters and the general mess he is leaving behind both monetarily and in their general quality of life," Cott said.

1. eight years later, the MSM still feigns stupidity... * was a DISASTER
and that they play these stupid games about "boiling anger" in the context of "gee, where'd that come from", well, that just shows that they're still as lame as ever.

2. They (the MSN)
were too busy being lapdogs and jockeying for "access" to pay attention to anything based in reality. Oh, and we haven't had a Fourth Estate in a long time. It's been all about appeasing their corporate masters.

4. Oh, they'll be back later this month
And this time . . . it's personal. (/voice-of-doom movie preview voice)

You'll see skepticism and raised eyebrows about practically everything. They'll delve into motives like a second year film studies class, reading all sorts of idiot meaning into the most pedestrian activities. Everything President Obama says and does will be scrutinized to a fare-thee-well, cross-referenced and catalogued. Right now, the media don't remember what happened yesterday, so anything the Bush administration says today is passed along as gospel truth (viz. Bush's fatuous lies in his last press conference about the Hurricane Katrina response). But after next week, hoo boy! We're in for the media bulldogs at their fiercest.

9. the quotes they included were very tame
the first is the best, but certainly these quotes can't represent the passion and anger they speak of.

10. They also changed the title to something milder --
I duped in Editorials under the new title. Apparently the folks at CNN are sensitive to criticism from Bu**sh** supporters, but no one else.
