Africam - A website to sleep by

It's daytime over there now at the watering hole. The wildebeasts are chilling and the sounds are just incredible.

I'm going to turn down the sound a bit and wish DU a good night. Peace to all.

:boring:

1. Unless the ducks show up.
The ducks are incredibly loud, and very annoying.

3. Very cool. Thanks!
Every time I try to look at one of those wildlife cams, there's never anything going on. So I'm happy to see the wildebeests.

of the pond, and the mikes are very sensitive. They need a wind baffle for example.

Sometimes nothing at all happens, other times lions or rhinos or elephants show up.

I always have it on at night while I'm surfing. Bird song, crickets etc are a pleasant background.

9. we've been watching it for more than two years in the lounge...
...off and on. We've seen lions eating their kill, we've seen herds of giraffe, herds of zebra, wild dogs, elephants, wart hogs, hyenas! and so many other things. In real time. Live.

It's just fabulous.
