Tweety just smacked down Cantor (R-Virginia) big time!
Edited on Thu Mar-22-07 07:00 PM by AndyA
Kept asking him if Bush was right going to Congress to get permission to go to war in Iraq.

Cantor was fudging an answer repeatedly, trying to spin it.

Tweety wouldn't let him get away with it.

The Dem guest (didn't catch her name, and only saw her face for a split second) commented that "someone needs to play Commander In Chief because George Bush has borrowed billions of dollars from other countries to finance this war, and has no plan" after Cantor said people needed to stop playing Commander In Chief.

SMACK! Good segment.

4. I thought he was drunk when he first started talking
but realized that he was attempting to speak in his fake Thurston Howell III'rd voice. Matthews told him at one point, "I hope your constituents are watching this".
