Is the GOP trying to make him into a credible candidate for public office?

Is he just exploiting his 15 minutes of fame?

Could it be that in freeper land:

Not paying taxes and exaggerating about buying a business = financial expert
Being a deadbeat loser = social expert
Going to Israel = foreign policy and military expert

3. Face and name recognition

is a valuable comodity. And, as we know, Republican candidates only have to look acceptable and repeat the official talking points to have "the base" frothing at the mouth. He'll say Jesus a few times and lower taxes and end up as their leading candidate, aside from Sarah.

4. Gotta say he's got solid creds as a GOoPer candidate

but I think he's just a greedy asshole trying to grab as much cash as fast as he can.
