Ill. SecState Jesse White proves he's a village idiot
He claims that the US Senate is making him a "fall guy" in the Burris kerfluffle.

Then again, most Illinois residents have known that White could only function if he had REALLY GOOD HELP, even in that office.

1. Well...it's cause he is....
I first encountered Jesse back in 1983 or so...and his famed "tumblers". The man was so full of himself he needed an entourage to carry it for him. He was also a product of machine politics...who got his power by giving his power...always looking for a way to cash in. Jesse's problem is he ended up with too many bosses...and isn't sure which one he owes the most to.
