I'd like to buy Senator Franken a new set of drapes.

Also, I'd like to buy Norm Coleman a pillow to strap to his ass so the door doesn't hit him in it on his way out.

I'm having trouble reaching a human being at Coleman's office, so I do not have the measurements, nor do I know what color ass-pillow Coleman would prefer.

Today is the first day of The Al Franken Decade!

2. Someone should fax him the information for Minnesota Unemployment Offices
Seriously. A couple of dozen people from inside Minnesota and outside -- go for it.

Oh yeah -- And the information for food stamps and local food groups with a note - "Now that you are no longer in the Senate, you might NEED the same information many Americans now require - Enjoy your stay in reality land".

3. Coleman will make more money in one year as a lobbyist as Al Franken has made in a decade.
That is sad, but likely true, I think.

5. Because Republican lobbyists are going to be so welcome.
Somehow, one feels this is not their year.
