4. I had read years ago that this was expected by 2012.
I think it was the point where computors doubled their capacity for knowledge every day than every hour, etc. It seemed like a pretty cool thing to me, but yep, it would be difficult for a personal computor to function with that occuring.

7. The largest I've seen is 1.5 terabytes.
But the per platter density of hard drives is growing very quickly. I'd imagine we'll see a 6400GB (6.4 terabyte) hard drive sometime in 2010.
