1. Sales and Lease backs of German Town Halls, German train systems, etc.
Creating depreciation deductions for corporations to allow them to pay no taxes.

Also corporations moving their principal places of business outside the US to avoid paying taxes to the US government on profits made here.

is perhaps the best of the 100 Senators. Congratulations to the wise people of North Dakota who put him there. His book, "Take This Job and Ship It," should be required reading.
