The Republican party is working on the beginings of a primitive time machine that uses the Hadron Collider as it's source of time travel. First tests are being done to send various small animals back in time. Karl Rove is overseeing the secret project and has himself offered to go back certain critical points in Republican History to change it more to their liking.
